Terms of use

These terms cover your use of WeeklyPools while it's in public beta.

Last updated beta

WeeklyPools is in public beta.

Every wallet, entry-fee and prize feature on this site uses sandbox demo credits. No real money moves, no real payment processor is connected, and nothing here is a real-money gambling product.

Beta software

WeeklyPools is provided as a public beta "as is" and "as available." Features, scoring logic, layouts and content may change or be removed without notice. Uptime and data retention are not guaranteed during beta.

Sandbox credits, not money

All wallet balances, entry fees and prize distributions on WeeklyPools use sandbox demo credits. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred for value, or exchanged for real currency, goods or services. No real payment processor is connected to any wallet feature at this time.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to bypass pick locks, manipulate scoring, run multiple accounts to gain an advantage, scrape the platform at scale, or use WeeklyPools for anything illegal. See our community guidelines and pool rules for specifics.

Content

You retain rights to content you post (comments, profile info, pool names) but grant WeeklyPools a license to display it as part of operating the service. We may remove content that violates our guidelines.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the community guidelines. You can stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

WeeklyPools is not affiliated with any professional sports league, team or media rights holder. Scores, schedules and standings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, WeeklyPools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including during beta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly as beta features mature. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
